The Foundation Board operates as a collective with three main groups who look after specific areas, utilising the expertise of board members to best meet our goals. These groups are made up of the Strategic Group, Operational Group and Fundraising & Marketing Group. We also have within the structure, the Foundation CEO who oversees the day to day activities of the organisation in consultation with each group and the District Health Council Representative.
