Volunteering

How our volunteer program works

The Redcliffe Hospital Foundation Volunteer Program, was established to give members of the community who wish to donate their time to assist the organisation an avenue to do so.

We see volunteers as being a very valuable members of our society and have developed our volunteer program in such a way that volunteers are not only valued but given the opportunity to grow with the organisation.

The sorts of activities that you can assist with include, but are not limited to:

  • Barbeques at Bunnings Rothwell
  • Sale of Merchandise
  • Small-scale Catering
  • Promoting Raffles in the community
  • Community Awareness Activities
  • Assisting with Mail Outs
  • Data Entry

As the organisation grows we will have other activities that our volunteers can participate in.

Our program operates under a clear process and ensures that all potential volunteers are appropriately informed, resourced and trained as needed.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer these are the things that you need to bear in mind:

  • All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Orientation conducted by the Foundation;
  • All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application Form;
  • All volunteers must feel happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement;
  • All volunteers must adhere to the Policies of the Redcliffe Hospital Foundation.
